Possibly headed to a 12 Step Program to wean myself away from the Thermowell. Tonight's quiche was over the top perfection with 20 minutes of gas and about an hour of retained heat. This afternoon's apple pie, same heat formula & well, that had me drooling before I ever took it out of the well. I find myself using the Thermowell several times a day and cooking entire meals in it with little issue. If I had another Thermowell, I could cook like a demon. So, the issue of the moment is this: Chambers offered the fourth burner option in place of the Thermowell...you think it is possible to eliminate a burner and create a second Thermowell ? It's either a second Thermowell or a second stove...either will do but I think the second stove may cost me a marriage.
